While we'd love for every shoe to be a perfect fit, we understand that sometimes things just don't work out. If you need to return or exchange your item, please see our complete return policy below.
- Returns must be received within 60 days from your order date to receive a refund for your items. Items returned after 60 days from your order date will receive store credit for the full purchase price.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- All items must be in new and unworn condition to be eligible for return.
- Please be sure to try your new shoes/boots indoors on a smooth or carpeted surface.
- Items must be returned in their original shoebox, including any extras which may arrive with your order. We suggest saving the original shipping box, since this can be re-used if you need to make a return.
- All items are inspected prior to shipment, however if something goes wrong after a little normal wear, please let us know!
If you would like to return your item for a refund, please return your original item to us. Your refund will be processed within three business days once received. We will notify you via email after your refund has been processed.
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, please return your original item to us. Your new size will be shipped when your return is received. Please note that exchanges are based on availability! If you would like to place a new order for the size/style which you would like, we will process a refund for your return when received.
